Invest Afrikart is founded and operated by a dedicated team based in Addis Ababa, working to bring trusted real estate opportunities to the Ethiopian diaspora. We’re an early-stage venture built around one core belief: cross-border property investment only works when trust comes first.
Before any property appears on this site, our team visits it in person. Because property records in Ethiopia can be incomplete or informal, we personally check each title — locally known as a Karta — at local land administration offices, the same documentation used to confirm legal ownership. Only properties verified this way are listed here.
As Invest Afrikart grows, we’re working to build direct relationships with local banks and legal partners to make transactions smoother and more secure for buyers. We’ll share more details as these partnerships take shape.
